Couldn't recommend more for a fleeting trip
Comfortable room, convenient location, with a clean bathroom that features a wet and dry area and free parking located right in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like Disneyland.
Everything was superb.

Especially helpful and knowledgeable staff, brand-new room with ac. Comfortable and very fantastic location to a train station. Walking distance to commercial centers and a shopping area across the street.
-
missingWrote a review on 07 Novconvenient locationconfusing check-in procedure
The hotel is conveniently located only five minutes from the railway station, offering easy access to both Disneyland and central Paris.
The check-in process was frustrating, with a lack of clear instructions leading to an unnecessary payment for city tax.

It is just a second from the rer station and not far away from Disneyland!!!
The breakfast was poor, the quality of coffee was very bad and generally expensive.

Very good location, accessible, very close to disneyland and aquarium, quite good location to reach paris, a bit far from airport cdg. Very fiendly staff and clean but a bit small rooms.
An extra bed was really just an extra bed in a small, almost too small room for 3 beds. For sleeping at the hotel only 3 nights and not actually living there it was good.

Close proximity to Disneyland, variety of dining options nearby, accessible free parking
The noise levels from the neighborhood can be quite disruptive!!! Inconsistent housekeeping services could definitely use improvement!!! Poor Wi-Fi connectivity makes it hard to stay connected when needed!!! A pity for such a location!!!

Brand-new, compact room with a comfortable bed. Warm drinks and milk, croissants, cereal, bakery and yoghourt. Unbeatable location in a safe area near Paris and Disneyland and a commercial shopping area.

The hotel was nicely located next to torcy train station, great for visiting disneyland paris, 24 hour desk and spoke english. I think you might be able to find a cheaper hotel in this price range for the same amount of services, however it was very easy to find and in a nice area with lots of restaurants and shops. Please note that everything will be closed if you stay at disneyland until it closes, and only a few places are open early for breakfast

would like to stay there on the next trip
The family junior suite was neat with a comfy sofa bed and a tv. Had plenty of space for our stuff. The breakfast had fresh croissants and fruit, just what we needed for our days out. The free parking was super handy, and it was just 5 mins walk to the Torcy train station.

The hotel is pretty nice for Disneyland visitors. It's located just 5min on foot from metro and 2 stations to Disneyland Park. There are some restaurants just near the hotel. Rooms are not big, but cosy. The cleaning service was excellent, we had little time in Paris, so we left early in the morning leaving the room in a great mess, but when we came back everything was clean and nice
The only thing i didn't like about is that the hotel doesn't have it's own restaurant. I was travelling with a child and once when we were coming back to the hotel it was terribly raining, so we couldn't have dinner inside, i had to leave the child in the room and run to the nearest restaurant outside

Everything was as as described, breakfast ,room and so on except for one of the staff members ,Michel......................... In short.............. As we entered the hotel in the evening around 11 pm,I did not see anybody at the reception...I Cleared my throat and then a staff member at old age whose name is Michel, appeared and obviously irritated by our(me ,my wife and my daughter) presence ,started shouting that I should say Good Evening isnstead of clearing my throat....he did not greet us but started straight away with the shouting and wanted to teach us lessons...He even managed to argue with me about who has to greet first ( the staff or the customer) for 15 min...said that itis s not the customers who pay his salary but it is the government instead and the best thing was that he said that this is the type of behaviour and service we should expect if we booked such a cheap hotel and not a 5 star one.....This whole thing spoiled my entire stay and resulted in me canceling the rest of the booked nights....unfortunately I stayed at this hotel since I did not have other choice so late at night....so if you go to this hotel watch out for this guy michel ....the manager was informed as well so hopefully he will display a better behaviour from now on....basically this staff member was competing with us ,did n ot show any respect...i tried to smooth the situation but he did not go with it and show some cooperation but refused to understand the essence of his job and destroyed all my hopes and the reputation(if any) of the hotel...If I am the manager of this hotel I would probably fire him immediately because this man obviously affects business negatively..receptionist,Michel ....... .................................
